Weekly Creative Fatigue Scorecard to Notion with Figma Brief Links
Builds a weekly portfolio-wide fatigue scorecard from BigQuery ranking every live creative by decay severity, publishes it to a Notion page.

What it does
Instead of one-off alerts, this workflow produces a single weekly view of creative health across the whole account. It scores every live creative in BigQuery on a composite fatigue index — blending CTR decay, rising frequency, and CPA drift — then publishes a ranked scorecard to Notion the team reviews each Monday. For the top decayed creatives, it auto-creates Figma refresh briefs so the worst offenders already have a starting point before the review meeting.
When to use it
Use this when you run a weekly creative review and want the agenda built for you: which creatives are tired, how badly, and which ones already have a brief in flight. It turns scattered metrics into one prioritized list.
How it works
- 1A weekly schedule kicks off the run.
- 2BigQuery returns CTR, frequency, and CPA trends for all live creatives.
- 3A scoring step computes a fatigue index and ranks the portfolio.
- 4The ranked scorecard is published to a Notion review page.
- 5Figma briefs are generated for the top-ranked decayed creatives and linked back into the scorecard.
