Caption-Tuned Carousel Variants Picked by Save Rate
On a weekly schedule, renders three carousel image variants on Replicate, writes a tailored caption for each with OpenAI, posts them, and after the week picks the variant…

What it does
Produces a weekly batch of three carousel variants where the image and the caption are tuned together. Replicate generates the visuals, OpenAI writes a caption matched to each visual's hook, all three go live, and a week later the variant with the best save rate is reported as the keeper.
When to use it
Use this when caption and image must move as a unit and your north-star metric is saves rather than likes. Good for accounts where saved posts drive reach and you want a repeatable weekly experiment loop.
How it works
- 1A weekly schedule kicks off the run every Monday morning.
- 2Replicate renders three carousel variants from a rotating prompt set.
- 3OpenAI writes a caption per variant, each leaning into that image's angle.
- 4post-to-platforms publishes all three with distinct tracking tags.
- 5After seven days, save-rate metrics are pulled back for each variant.
- 6A logic step ranks variants by save rate and flags the winner.
- 7The winning combination is logged to Airtable as a reusable template.
