Discord Community FAQ Digest
Each week harvests repeated questions from both your social comments and a Discord support channel, merges them into one ranked FAQ digest.

What it does
This workflow unifies question signal from two surfaces. It pulls recurring questions from public social comments and from messages in a Discord support channel, has an LLM merge and rank them into a single deduplicated FAQ list, and posts a clean weekly digest back into Discord. The community sees the top things being asked everywhere, in one place.
When to use it
Use it when your audience splits between public social platforms and a Discord community, and the same confusions show up in both. It gives moderators a shared weekly view so answers and pinned posts stay consistent across channels.
How it works
- 1A weekly schedule starts the run.
- 2The post-to-platforms connector fetches recent social comments.
- 3A Discord step reads recent messages from the support channel.
- 4An OpenAI step merges both sources, dedupes near-identical questions, and ranks by combined frequency.
- 5A formatted FAQ digest is posted back to the Discord community channel for moderators.
