Agent that reorganizes and dedupes the canonical FAQ doc
An agent reviews the full Coda FAQ doc against recent Discord trends, then merges duplicates, rewrites unclear answers.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.

- ActionRead full canonical FAQ from CodaCoda

- LogicDetect duplicates and reasoning over corpus (OpenAI)OpenAI
- OutputWrite merged, reordered FAQ back to CodaCoda
What it does
This is an agent-driven housekeeping pass for a FAQ that has grown messy. Rather than only adding rows, the agent reasons over the whole Coda doc: it finds overlapping entries, consolidates them, rewrites answers that have become unclear, and reorders the document so the most-asked topics sit on top, using recent Discord demand as the signal.
When to use it
Use it periodically once your FAQ has accumulated dozens of entries and started to feel redundant or disorganized. It is for teams who want structural editing judgment, not just append-only automation, and are comfortable letting an agent restructure a working doc.
How it works
- 1A manual run starts the maintenance pass when you decide the doc needs cleanup.
- 2The agent reads the complete canonical FAQ from Coda.
- 3It pulls recent Discord activity to learn which topics are currently in demand.
- 4The agent reasons over the corpus to detect duplicate or overlapping entries and merge them.
- 5It rewrites unclear or verbose answers and reorders sections by current demand.
- 6The agent writes the cleaned, reordered FAQ back to Coda as the maintained output.
Set it up
What you configure once, before turning it on.
- 1Connect CodaDocs, packs, automations.
- 2Connect DiscordCommunity channels + voice + bots.
- 3Connect OpenAIModels, embeddings, files.
- 4Set each agent's modelWe leave models unset so you pick the tier — fast + cheap, or top-quality.
- 5Tune it to your dataEdit the prompts, filters, and field mappings so it matches how your team works.
- 6Test, then turn it onRun once against a sample, confirm the output, then enable the trigger.
