Scheduled multi-wave launch rollout from one Airtable plan
On a cron schedule, reads the next due wave from an Airtable launch calendar and posts it to the right platforms plus a Discord hype channel.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerSchedule tick on chosen cadence
- ActionFetch next due wave from Airtable launch calendarAirtable
- LogicExit if no wave is due this tick
- ActionPost wave content to its target platformsSocial publishing
- ActionSend wave hype message to DiscordDiscord
- ActionMark wave as sent in AirtableAirtable
What it does
Runs a pre-planned launch as a timed sequence of waves. You map out each wave in Airtable — teaser, countdown, go-live, recap — with a scheduled time and target platforms. On each schedule tick the workflow finds the wave that's now due, publishes it, drops a matching hype message into Discord, and marks the wave as sent so the next one is queued.
When to use it
Use this for launches that build over hours or days rather than a single moment — drip campaigns, countdowns, or staged reveals. It lets you author the entire sequence once and walk away while it executes on time, every time.
How it works
- 1A scheduled trigger fires on your chosen cadence (for example every 15 minutes).
- 2An Airtable action fetches the next unsent wave whose scheduled time has passed.
- 3A logic step exits quietly if no wave is due yet, so off-cycle ticks do nothing.
- 4The wave content is posted to its configured platforms.
- 5A hype message for the wave is sent to the Discord community channel.
- 6The Airtable row is updated to sent so the sequence advances.
