LEAD GENERATION
Stargazer Account Rollup to Attio Deals and Linear
Aggregates individual stargazers by employer, and when an account crosses a star threshold it opens an Attio deal and files a Linear task for an AE to run an account-based play…
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerNew stargazer on repoGitHub
- ActionResolve to company domainExa
- LogicRoll up count vs threshold
- ActionCreate or update Attio dealAttio
- OutputFile AE account-play task in LinearLinear
What it does
Instead of treating each star as a separate lead, this workflow rolls stargazers up to their companies. When a single account accumulates enough engaged developers to look like a buying group, it spins up an Attio deal and creates a Linear task assigning an AE to run an account-based campaign.
When to use it
Use this for account-based outbound where multiple developers at one company signaling interest matters more than any single star. Best for teams selling team or enterprise plans of a dev tool.
How it works
- 1A GitHub trigger fires on each new stargazer.
- 2An Exa action resolves the stargazer to a normalized company domain.
- 3A logic step increments that account's stargazer count and checks it against the threshold.
- 4When the threshold is crossed, an Attio action creates or updates a deal on the company with the engaged contacts attached.
- 5An output action files a Linear task assigning the owning AE to run the account play, linked to the Attio deal.
