How it runs

The automated pipeline, trigger to output.

  • TriggerWebhook receives badge CSV uploadHTTP webhook
  • LogicValidate schema and reject bad uploads
  • ActionDedupe scans and normalize fields
  • ActionCheck attendees against HubSpotHubSpotHubSpot
  • LogicTally known vs net-new counts
  • OutputPost triage summary to MS TeamsMicrosoft Teams

What it does

Gives field reps a way to drop a badge export from the show floor and get an instant reconciliation report. The webhook accepts the raw CSV, the pipeline validates the schema, dedupes scans, and checks every unique attendee against HubSpot. Within seconds the SDR lead gets a Teams message summarizing total scans, duplicates removed, known contacts, and net-new accounts to chase.

When to use it

Use it for same-day triage during a multi-day event, when you cannot wait for an overnight batch and want the team to start working fresh leads before the next session ends. The webhook trigger means any tool that can POST a file can feed it.

How it works

  1. 1A webhook receives an uploaded badge-scan CSV.
  2. 2The payload is validated and rejected early if required columns are missing.
  3. 3Scans are deduplicated and contact fields normalized.
  4. 4Each unique attendee is checked against HubSpot for an existing record.
  5. 5Counts are tallied into a triage summary of known versus net-new.
  6. 6The summary is posted to the SDR lead's MS Teams channel for immediate action.
