What it does

Keeps provisioned 30-60-90 plans from going stale. It scans active onboarding boards daily, finds milestones due within three days or already overdue, and sends targeted nudges so hires and managers act before a phase slips.

When to use it

Use it after plans are provisioned, when the real failure mode is tasks sitting untouched. This is the follow-through layer: it watches the plans you already created and escalates only what needs attention, so no one has to babysit the board.
