What it does
Closes the loop on the first week. Seven days after a hire's start date it sends a brief pulse survey, records the result against their onboarding project, and — if the new hire reports friction — automatically schedules a follow-up Zoom check-in with their assigned buddy.
When to use it
Use it to catch shaky first weeks before they become early attrition. It turns a passive 'how's it going?' into a measured signal with an automatic intervention when the score is low.
How it works
