What it does
Aggregates already-tagged exit interviews into a weekly view of why people are leaving. It counts theme frequency, compares week-over-week movement, and produces a short narrative summary plus a ranked list of the dominant attrition drivers.
When to use it
Use it once you are tagging exit interviews and want a recurring, no-effort readout for HR leadership rather than ad hoc spreadsheet pulls. Ideal for the weekly people-ops standup.
How it works
- 1A weekly schedule triggers the run every Monday morning.
- 2An Airtable query pulls all exit-interview records from the trailing seven days, including their sentiment and theme tags.
- 3OpenAI counts theme frequency, ranks the top drivers, and writes a concise narrative noting any shift versus the prior week.
- 4The full digest is published as a dated Notion page under the People Analytics database.
- 5The top three drivers and a link to the Notion page are posted to the HR Slack channel.
