What it does

Every weekday it scans the interview tracker for candidates who finished interviews more than two business days ago but still have missing scorecards. For each gap it sends a targeted Slack DM to the specific interviewer who owes feedback, and escalates to the recruiter when a candidate has been stalled long enough to jeopardize the offer timeline.

When to use it

Use it when missing scorecards are your real bottleneck and the recruiter is manually pinging people. It turns chasing into a quiet automated routine and keeps a paper trail of who is holding things up.

How it works
