What it does
Finds interviews that have already occurred but whose feedback scorecard is still blank, and privately nudges the responsible interviewer on Discord so the candidate's pipeline keeps moving.
When to use it

How it works
- 1A daily schedule fires on weekday mornings.
- 2Query Airtable for interview records where the interview date is in the past, status is "Completed", and the Feedback field is empty.
- 3A filter step skips anyone interviewed less than 18 hours ago to avoid premature pings.
- 4For each remaining record, look up the interviewer's Discord ID from the team roster table.
- 5Send a private Discord DM naming the candidate, the role, and a one-click link to the scorecard, with overdue feedback older than 48 hours flagged as urgent.
