How it runs

The automated pipeline, trigger to output.

  • TriggerMonday morning schedule
  • ActionPull active candidates with stage and timestamps from AirtableAirtableAirtable
  • LogicFlag candidates idle past stage threshold
  • LogicGroup stalled candidates by hiring manager
  • OutputDM each manager their stalled-candidate digestDiscordDiscord

What it does

Surfaces candidates whose pipeline stage hasn't changed past a stage-specific threshold and delivers a per-manager Discord digest so nobody quietly ages out of the funnel.

When to use it

Reach for this when good candidates go cold because they sit in "Phone Screen" or "Onsite" with no next step. Best for teams running an Airtable ATS and wanting a single weekly accountability ping in Discord.

How it works

  1. 1A Monday morning schedule starts the run.
  2. 2Pull all active candidates from Airtable with their current stage and last-updated timestamp.
  3. 3A logic step flags any candidate idle longer than that stage's threshold (e.g. 5 days in screen, 3 days post-onsite).
  4. 4Group the stalled candidates by their assigned hiring manager.
  5. 5For each manager, format a digest listing candidate, role, stage, and days idle.
  6. 6Send each digest as a Discord DM, and skip managers with a clean pipeline.
