HR & RECRUITING
Quarterly board-ready attrition narrative
Each quarter, an agent blends three months of anonymized exit-theme data into a written executive narrative on why people are leaving and what to fix.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerEnd-of-quarter schedule
- ActionPull quarterly theme rollups and quotes from CodaCoda
- LogicVerify all cited quotes are anonymized; drop attributable ones
- ActionDraft executive narrative and save source-linked copy to CodaCoda
- OutputEmail board-ready brief via OutlookOutlook
What it does
Produces the quarterly attrition story for the leadership and board audience. It rolls up three months of anonymized theme data into a narrative: the top reasons people left, how that shifted across the quarter, which themes are accelerating, and concrete recommended interventions, all written in prose rather than charts.
When to use it
Use it at quarter close when leadership needs a defensible, readable account of attrition, not a spreadsheet. The agent does the synthesis and drafting that an HRBP would otherwise spend a day on.
How it works
- 1A quarterly schedule triggers at the end of each quarter.
- 2The agent pulls the three monthly theme rollups and supporting anonymized quotes from Coda.
- 3It validates that every cited quote is anonymized and drops anything attributable before drafting.
- 4It writes the executive narrative with trends, accelerating risks, and recommended actions, and saves the source-linked draft back to Coda.
- 5The finished brief is emailed to the leadership distribution list through Outlook for the board packet.
Set it up
