What it does

This is the full intake-to-booking loop run by an agent rather than a fixed pipeline. For each new applicant it reads the resume, judges fit against the role rubric, and decides what to do: book strong candidates automatically, queue borderline ones for human review, and reject clear misses with a logged reason. Booking means a real Outlook hold, a Zoom link, and a sent invite.

When to use it

Use it when roles vary enough that rigid score thresholds misfire and you want judgment in the loop — handling unusual resumes, ambiguous experience, or multiple open reqs — while still moving fast on obvious yeses.

How it works

  1. 1A new Indeed application triggers the agent.
  2. 2The agent fetches the resume and job context from Indeed and scores it against the rubric with OpenAI.
  3. 3It decides an outcome: strong, borderline, or reject, with a written rationale.
  4. 4For strong fits it reads Outlook availability, holds a slot, creates a Zoom meeting, and emails the candidate the invite.
  5. 5Borderline candidates are written to Airtable for recruiter review; all outcomes and rationales are logged to the record.
