HR & RECRUITING
Indeed New Applicant to Trello Pipeline Card
When a new candidate applies to an Indeed job posting, create a Trello card in your hiring pipeline with their resume, contact details, and role attached.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerNew Indeed application received
- ActionFetch applicant record and resume
- ActionCreate Trello card in New Applicants listTrello
- ActionAttach resume file to the cardTrello
- OutputNotify recruiter in Slack with card linkSlack
What it does
Every new Indeed application becomes a ready-to-action Trello card in your 'New Applicants' list, complete with the candidate's name, the role they applied for, a link to their resume, and contact info. The hiring recruiter gets a Slack ping so nothing sits unseen.
When to use it
When you run active Indeed job postings and want every applicant to land in a single visual pipeline instead of scattered email inboxes. Ideal for small-to-mid recruiting teams that manage candidates on a Trello board.
How it works
- 1An Indeed application event fires for a watched job posting.
- 2The flow pulls the full applicant record and resume from Indeed.
- 3It creates a Trello card in the 'New Applicants' list, titled with the candidate name and role, and writes the contact details and a resume link into the card description.
- 4The resume file is attached to the card.
- 5A Slack message goes to the recruiting channel with the candidate name, role, and a direct link to the new card.
Set it up
What you configure once, before turning it on.
- 1Connect TrelloKanban boards for everything.
- 2Connect SlackChannels, DMs, threads, mentions.

- 4Tune it to your dataEdit the prompts, filters, and field mappings so it matches how your team works.
- 5Test, then turn it onRun once against a sample, confirm the output, then enable the trigger.
