What it does
For candidates who pass the fit threshold, it reserves an interview slot before a human touches it: it reads the recruiter's Outlook free/busy, picks the next open 30-minute window in business hours, creates a tentative calendar hold with a generated Zoom meeting, and records the held slot so nobody double-books.

How it works
