What it does
Tentative holds pile up when candidates ghost. This scheduled sweep finds holds older than your confirmation window that are still unconfirmed, releases the Outlook calendar block, cancels the orphaned Zoom meeting, and marks the candidate as needing a nudge or removal so the slot returns to the available pool.
When to use it
Use it when auto-held slots clog recruiter calendars and Zoom fills with dead meetings. It keeps the calendar honest so the slot-holder workflow always sees true availability.
How it works

- 2The flow queries Airtable for candidates whose hold is still unconfirmed past the cutoff window.
- 3A logic step separates truly expired holds from those inside grace, skipping any already confirmed.
- 4For each expired hold it cancels the Outlook calendar block and deletes the linked Zoom meeting.
