What it does
Lets a recruiter assemble a complete decision packet whenever they want, straight from Slack. They invoke a command naming the candidate, and the workflow gathers all submitted feedback, synthesizes it into a recommendation, emails the formatted packet to the interview panel, and confirms in Slack with a link.
