HR & RECRUITING
Pre-Interview Prep Pack Distributor
Before each scheduled interview, it builds a per-panelist prep pack with the candidate context and the focus area they own.

What it does
This workflow makes sure interviewers walk in prepared and don't double-cover the same questions. The morning of each interview, it reads the upcoming schedule, matches each panelist to the competency they're assigned to assess, and sends each one a focused prep pack covering the candidate background, their specific focus area, and the rubric to score against.
When to use it
Use it when interviews suffer from unprepared panelists or redundant questioning because nobody clarified who covers what. It enforces structured loops without recruiter babysitting.
How it works
A scheduled morning run pulls the day's interviews from the calendar. For each interview it fetches the candidate's record and the panel's competency assignments, then an OpenAI step tailors a concise prep brief per panelist focused only on their assigned area. Each brief is delivered as a Microsoft Teams direct message to the right interviewer ahead of their slot, so everyone arrives aligned on what they're responsible for evaluating.
