What it does

Aggregates the past and upcoming week of interview events per interviewer by combining Google Calendar invites with the candidate records they belong to in Airtable, then measures load distribution across the panel and highlights both overloaded and under-used interviewers.

When to use it

Run it weekly when a handful of senior people absorb most interviews while others sit idle, creating burnout and scheduling bottlenecks. The report gives hiring leads the data to rebalance assignments before the next cycle.

How it works

  1. 1A weekly schedule fires every Friday afternoon.
  2. 2Pull interview calendar events for the load window from Google Calendar and the linked candidate stage data from Airtable.
  3. 3Group events by interviewer and count scheduled vs completed interviews and total hours each.
  4. 4Compute the mean and spread, then flag interviewers above the overload threshold and those below the idle floor.
  5. 5Build a per-interviewer load table with the imbalance flags and suggested rebalancing.
  6. 6Email the formatted report to the hiring leads distribution list.
