HR & RECRUITING
Route an employee's express-interest reply into a manager Loom handoff
When an employee replies that they're interested in an internal role, logs it in Airtable, drafts a hiring manager a personalized Loom-script handoff, and notifies them in Outlook.

- OutputNotify hiring manager with script + record linkLoom
What it does
This workflow closes the loop after an employee raises their hand for an internal role. When an interested reply lands in the mobility inbox, it parses who the employee is and which req they want, records the interest against the candidate in Airtable, and uses OpenAI to draft a tight Loom recording script for the hiring manager — pre-loaded with the candidate's relevant skills and why they're a strong adjacency fit. The manager gets an Outlook notification with the candidate summary, the suggested Loom script, and a link to record, so a warm intro video goes out in minutes instead of the lead going cold.
When to use it
Use it when interested internal candidates fall into a black hole between expressing interest and a manager actually engaging. It fits mobility programs that lead with personal Loom intros and want every inbound interest converted into a fast, human handoff. Best when reqs and candidate profiles already live in Airtable.
How it works
- 1An Outlook trigger fires when a reply arrives in the internal-mobility mailbox.
- 2OpenAI parses the message to identify the employee and the referenced req.
- 3The workflow logs the interest on the candidate's Airtable record and pulls their skills profile.
- 4OpenAI drafts a personalized Loom script highlighting the candidate's adjacent strengths.
- 5The hiring manager gets an Outlook notification with the candidate summary, draft script, and a Loom record link.
