What it does

This workflow produces a weekly compliance health report for leadership and turns the at-risk items into trackable work. It classifies every certification as green (current), amber (expiring soon), or red (lapsed), posts a summarized digest with counts and the worst offenders to a Slack leadership channel, and creates or updates a card per at-risk certification on a Monday board so each one has an owner and a status column.
