HR & RECRUITING
Post-interview debrief and scorecard chaser
After an interview's calendar event ends, this nudges each panelist to submit their scorecard, tracks who is outstanding on the Monday board.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerSchedule: hourly sweep for ended interviews
- ActionFind calendar events that just endedGoogle Calendar
- ActionRead panel + candidate from Monday itemmonday.com
- ActionEmail scorecard request to each panelistGmail
- LogicTrack submitted vs outstanding, escalate after 24h
- OutputFlag Monday item ready for debriefmonday.com
What it does
Closes the loop on each interview by making sure every panelist submits feedback promptly. It detects when a session has ended, requests scorecards from each interviewer, and chases the stragglers so the hiring decision is never stuck waiting on one person.
When to use it
When interview throughput is good but debriefs lag because feedback trickles in. Especially useful right after a balanced-load week where everyone has several scorecards due.
How it works
- 1A scheduled trigger sweeps for interview events that ended in the last hour.
- 2The flow reads the panel for each finished interview from the Monday board.
- 3It sends each panelist a scorecard request with the candidate and role context.
- 4A logic step marks who has submitted versus outstanding on the board.
- 5After 24 hours it re-checks and escalates any missing scorecards to the recruiter.
- 6Once all are in, it flags the item ready for debrief.
