HR & RECRUITING
Auto-assign interviewers from the lightest-loaded panel pool
When a new interview is requested on a Monday board, this picks panelists from the eligible pool who have the fewest interviews this week.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerMonday item enters "Needs Panel"monday.com
- ActionFetch skill-matched interviewer rostermonday.com
- ActionCount each interviewer's weekly load in OutlookOutlook
- LogicRank by lowest load, apply weekly cap, pick panel
- ActionBook calendar invites for panel + candidateOutlook
- OutputWrite assigned panel back to Monday itemmonday.com
What it does
Turns a raw interview request into a fully-staffed, calendar-booked panel without a coordinator manually hunting for who is free. It reads each eligible interviewer's current week load, chooses the least-loaded people who match the required skill tags, and books the meeting.
When to use it
When your recruiting team manages interviews on a Monday board and panel assignment is a daily bottleneck. Ideal for teams who want fatigue spread evenly instead of always landing on the same senior engineers.
How it works
- 1A Monday item moves into the "Needs Panel" status, firing the trigger.
- 2The flow queries the interviewer roster board for everyone tagged with the required skill.
- 3For each candidate it counts interviews already booked this week from their Outlook calendar.
- 4A ranking step sorts by lowest load and respects a weekly cap, selecting the N panelists needed.
- 5Calendar invites are created for the chosen panel and the candidate slot.
- 6The Monday item is updated with the assigned panel names and a booked status.
