What it does

Gives recruiters a conversational way to plan panels. Ask it to staff an upcoming loop and it reviews who is qualified, who is already heavily booked, and proposes a balanced slate with the reasoning shown. When you approve, it books everything and updates the board.

When to use it

When panel decisions need human judgment but you want the agent to do the load analysis and busywork. Best for complex onsite loops where constraints like seniority mix and timezone matter alongside fairness.

How it works

  1. 1The recruiter starts a chat asking to staff a specific role's panel.
  2. 2The agent pulls the candidate item, required competencies, and eligible interviewers from Monday.
  3. 3It checks each interviewer's current load and availability across Outlook calendars.
  4. 4It reasons over fairness, skill coverage, and timezone fit, then proposes a slate with an explanation.
  5. 5The recruiter refines or approves in the conversation.
  6. 6On approval the agent books the calendar invites and writes the final panel to the Monday item.
