What it does
When a candidate's status flips to Offer Accepted on your Monday recruiting board, this workflow reads their role and location, picks the matching equipment bundle (engineer vs. sales vs. ops, US vs. EU), and kicks off the hardware order so the laptop arrives before day one.
When to use it
Run this if equipment orders today depend on a recruiter remembering to ping IT after each signed offer. It removes the gap between offer-accepted and order-placed, the single biggest cause of empty desks on day one.
How it works
