HR & RECRUITING
90-Day Onboarding Survey and Feedback Loop
At the 90-day mark it emails the new hire a structured onboarding survey, parses the responses, logs scores to a database.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerHire crosses 90-day milestone
- ActionEmail structured onboarding surveyOutlook
- ActionLog scored responses to PostgresPostgres
- LogicEvaluate sentiment against at-risk threshold
- OutputAlert HR in Teams on at-risk rampMicrosoft Teams
What it does
Closes the onboarding loop with data. When a hire reaches 90 days, it sends an experience survey, captures the responses, stores scored results for trend analysis, and proactively flags hires whose feedback suggests they are struggling or disengaged.
When to use it
Use it to measure onboarding quality and catch early-attrition risk before it becomes a resignation. It turns the often-skipped 90-day review into a consistent, analyzable signal across every cohort.
How it works
- 1A schedule trigger identifies hires who have just crossed their 90-day milestone.
- 2A survey email with a structured response link is sent to each qualifying hire via Outlook.
- 3When responses return, the workflow writes the scored answers and free-text comments to a Postgres table for cohort reporting.
- 4A logic step evaluates the sentiment and satisfaction scores against an at-risk threshold.
- 5For any hire below threshold, an alert with their summary is posted to the HR channel in Microsoft Teams for a personal follow-up.
