HR & RECRUITING
Day-One Readiness Audit and Escalation
The evening before each start date, an agent audits every provisioning item against its source system, flags anything not actually done.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerEvening-before schedule for next-day starts
- ActionPull checklist from Asana and record from PostgresAsana
- LogicAgent verifies real state per item, finds gaps
- ActionDM owning teams about genuine blockersSlack
- OutputEmail HR a per-hire readiness scorecardGmail
What it does
Does a real readiness check the night before someone starts, rather than trusting checkboxes. An agent inspects each provisioning item against the system that should reflect it — account exists in the IdP, badge active, laptop shipped — and surfaces only genuine gaps.
When to use it
Use it when day-one surprises are costly and you want a true go/no-go signal: who is fully ready, who is blocked, and exactly which owner must act tonight.
How it works
- 1A schedule triggers at end of day for anyone starting the next business day.
- 2The agent pulls the hire's provisioning checklist from Asana and the master record from Postgres.
- 3For each item it verifies the real state in the owning system and reasons about whether the item is truly complete or merely marked complete.
- 4For each genuine blocker it direct-messages the owning team in Slack with the specific fix needed.
- 5It emails HR a per-hire readiness scorecard so they walk in knowing the status of every start.
Set it up
What you configure once, before turning it on.
- 1Connect AsanaTasks, projects, milestones — everywhere.
- 2Connect PostgresAny Postgres URL — query, write, migrate.
- 3Connect SlackChannels, DMs, threads, mentions.
- 4Connect GmailRead, draft, send, label.
- 5Set each agent's modelWe leave models unset so you pick the tier — fast + cheap, or top-quality.
- 6Tune it to your dataEdit the prompts, filters, and field mappings so it matches how your team works.
- 7Test, then turn it onRun once against a sample, confirm the output, then enable the trigger.
