What it does

Assembles the new hire's paperwork pack and delivers it for completion. It creates a dedicated Google Drive folder, copies role- and location-relevant documents (handbook, policy acknowledgments, tax and direct-deposit forms) into it, personalizes the cover doc with the hire's details, shares the folder with edit access, and emails the hire a link with a completion deadline.

How it works
