HR & RECRUITING
Turn a manager onboarding intake form into a full plan plus booked check-ins
When a manager submits an onboarding intake form, generates a tailored 30-60-90 Asana plan and books the three milestone check-ins on Google Calendar in one pass.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerManager submits onboarding intake formHTTP webhook
- LogicValidate required intake fields
- ActionAgent builds 30-60-90 plan as an Asana projectAsana
- ActionBook 30/60/90 check-ins on Google CalendarGoogle Calendar
- OutputEmail the manager a setup recapGmail
What it does
Lets a manager kick off a complete onboarding setup from a single form. On submission, an agent builds a role- and goal-specific 30-60-90 plan in Asana from the manager's inputs, then immediately schedules the 30, 60, and 90 day check-ins on Google Calendar — plan and meetings created together.
When to use it
Use it when you want managers to own the inputs (role, key goals, buddy, first-week priorities) but want the plan and scheduling fully automated from there.
How it works
- 1A manager submits the onboarding intake webhook form, firing the trigger.
- 2A logic step validates required fields — hire name, role, start date, manager, and goals.
- 3An agent generates a tailored 30-60-90 plan from the intake answers and creates the Asana project with phased tasks and owners.
- 4It books the three milestone check-ins on Google Calendar, anchored to the start date.
- 5It emails the manager via Gmail a recap with the Asana link and the three scheduled check-in dates.
