HR & RECRUITING
AI-Personalized Onboarding Plan Generator
When HR requests a plan in Slack, an agent reads the role and team context, drafts a tailored 30-60-90 ramp plan with goals and resources.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerHR requests a plan via SlackSlack
- ActionPull role and team context from ConfluenceConfluence
- LogicValidate all three milestone sections drafted
- ActionPublish tailored plan to ConfluenceConfluence
- OutputReturn plan link to requester in SlackSlack
What it does
Generates a genuinely role-specific onboarding plan instead of a one-size template. An agent gathers the role description and team norms, then writes concrete week-by-week goals, recommended reading, and stakeholder intros for the new hire's first 90 days, publishing the result to Confluence.
When to use it
Use it for roles where a generic checklist falls short — senior, specialized, or cross-functional hires whose ramp depends on context. HR triggers it on demand and gets an editable draft in minutes rather than writing each plan from scratch.
How it works
- 1An HR coordinator triggers the agent from Slack with the new hire's role, team, and manager.
- 2The agent pulls the relevant role description and existing team documentation from Confluence for context.
- 3It reasons over that context to draft 30-, 60-, and 90-day objectives, learning resources, and key people to meet.
- 4A logic step validates the draft has all three milestone sections before publishing.
- 5The finished plan is published as a new Confluence page and its link is returned to the requester in Slack.
Set it up
What you configure once, before turning it on.
- 1Connect SlackChannels, DMs, threads, mentions.
- 2Connect ConfluenceSpaces, pages, blueprints.
- 3Set each agent's modelWe leave models unset so you pick the tier — fast + cheap, or top-quality.
- 4Tune it to your dataEdit the prompts, filters, and field mappings so it matches how your team works.
- 5Test, then turn it onRun once against a sample, confirm the output, then enable the trigger.
