  • OutputReturn ranked list and draft outreach emails for review

What it does

Runs an end-to-end first-round sourcing pass as an agent. Given a role, it studies the requirements, evaluates and ranks the full candidate pool, schedules calls for the standouts, and drafts tailored outreach for each so a recruiter just reviews and sends.

When to use it

Use it when you want a human-in-the-loop sourcing assistant rather than a fixed pipeline, for example kicking off a hiring push for a newly opened role and wanting a ranked plan with calls tentatively held and emails ready.

How it works

  1. 1A chat request names the open role and kicks off the agent.
  2. 2The agent reads the role's requirements and pulls the candidate pool from Airtable.
  3. 3It reasons over each candidate, producing a ranked list with strengths, gaps, and a recommendation.
  4. 4For top-ranked candidates it reserves first-round slots in Google Calendar.
  5. 5It drafts a personalized outreach email per top candidate and returns the ranked list plus drafts for the recruiter to approve and send.
