What it does

Gives the hiring team a single daily readout of who entered the pipeline and who rose to the top. It gathers yesterday's screened candidates, summarizes each in one line, and posts them ranked by fit score.

When to use it

Use it when a hiring panel wants a steady morning pulse on the pipeline without logging into the ATS, and you want the strongest candidates surfaced for fast go/no-go decisions in standup.

How it works

  1. 1A scheduled trigger fires each weekday morning.
  2. 2Airtable is queried for candidates screened in the last 24 hours, sorted by fit score.
  3. 3OpenAI writes a crisp one-line takeaway for each candidate from their rationale and key skills.
  4. 4A logic step formats the entries into a ranked digest with score, name, role, and the one-liner, capped at the top entries.
  5. 5The digest is posted to the hiring team's Slack channel with links back to each Airtable record.
