What it does

Kicks off an analyst agent that pulls the whole pipeline from Airtable, reasons over stage dwell times and interviewer assignment distribution at once, and produces a written health review: which candidates are at risk, which interviewers are over- or under-loaded, and the concrete moves to fix both. The result is published as a Notion page.

When to use it

Use it before a weekly recruiting standup when you want narrative judgment, not just a metrics dump — root-cause notes, trade-offs, and a ranked to-do list a coordinator can execute the same day.

How it works

  1. 1A team member triggers the review manually before standup.
  2. 2The agent fetches all active candidate records, stage history, and interviewer assignments from Airtable.
  3. 3It analyzes stage stalls against SLA and interviewer load against a fair-share baseline, correlating where overload is causing the stalls.
  4. 4It drafts a prioritized action plan with owners and rationale for each recommendation.
  5. 5It writes the review and plan to a dated Notion page in the recruiting workspace.
