What it does
Scans your probation tracker every day for checkpoints whose due date has passed without manager feedback, then nudges the responsible manager. Reminders escalate: a friendly Slack DM first, then an email, then a louder Slack post that copies the manager's lead.
When to use it
Use it when managers routinely forget to submit 30/60/90 reviews and HR is stuck manually chasing them. It keeps probation decisions on track without anyone policing a spreadsheet.
How it works
