Schedule 30/60/90 Probation Checkpoints on New Hire Start
When a new hire's start date is recorded, automatically book 30, 60, and 90-day review meetings on the manager's calendar and confirm the schedule by email.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerNew hire row added with start datemonday.com
- LogicCompute 30/60/90 checkpoint dates
- ActionCreate three review events on manager calendarGoogle Calendar
- ActionBuild schedule summary
- OutputEmail confirmed schedule to managerGmail
What it does
Turns a recorded new-hire start date into three pre-booked probation review meetings (day 30, 60, and 90) on the hiring manager's calendar, then emails the manager a confirmation with the full schedule so nothing is left to memory.
When to use it
Use it the moment a new hire is created in your HR tracker, so probation checkpoints are locked in before onboarding chaos buries them. Ideal for teams that run formal probation periods and want managers to never miss a structured review.
How it works
- 1A new row in the Monday onboarding board (with a start date) fires the trigger.
- 2The flow computes the three checkpoint dates from the start date.
- 3It creates three Google Calendar events, one per checkpoint, inviting the manager and the new hire.
- 4It composes a summary listing all three meetings with dates and times.
- 5It emails that schedule to the hiring manager via Gmail as the final confirmation.
