  • LogicRoute to recruiter by department
  • OutputDM assigned recruiter in SlackSlack

What it does

Turns a raw referral submission into a tracked, assigned record. Every time an employee refers a candidate, the workflow validates the entry, files it in your Airtable referral base, picks the owning recruiter from the role's department, and notifies that recruiter in Slack so the referral never sits in an inbox unseen.

When to use it

Use this when employees submit referrals through a form (Typeform, Google Form, or an internal page) and you want every submission immediately logged and owned — no manual triage, no dropped referrals, and a clean source of truth for reporting bounty payouts later.

How it works

  1. 1A new referral submission hits the webhook with referrer name, candidate name, role, and department.
  2. 2A filter checks for required fields and a valid company email on the referrer; incomplete entries are flagged.
  3. 3The referral is written to the Airtable "Referrals" table with status "New" and a timestamp.
  4. 4A routing branch maps the role's department to its assigned recruiter.
  5. 5A Slack DM goes to that recruiter with the candidate details and a link to the Airtable record.
