How it runs

The automated pipeline, trigger to output.

  • TriggerFirst-of-month schedule fires
  • ActionPull last month's referrals from AirtableAirtableAirtable
  • LogicAggregate referrals, interviews, hires per employee
  • LogicRank employees into a leaderboard
  • OutputPost leaderboard recap to company SlackSlack

What it does

Turns referral data into visible recognition. Each month the workflow aggregates the prior month's referral activity from Airtable — total referrals, interviews reached, and confirmed hires per employee — ranks the top contributors, and posts a celebratory recap to a company-wide Slack channel to keep the program top of mind.

When to use it

Use this when you want sustained participation in the referral program. Public monthly recognition of top referrers and program stats drives more submissions far more cheaply than reminders, and gives leadership a recurring view of program health.

How it works

  1. 1A schedule fires on the first of each month.
  2. 2The workflow pulls last month's referral records from Airtable.
  3. 3A logic step aggregates counts per referrer and computes referrals, interviews, and hires.
  4. 4It ranks employees to build a top-referrer leaderboard and overall program totals.
  5. 5A formatted recap with the leaderboard posts to the company Slack channel.
