What it does
Turns referral data into visible recognition. Each month the workflow aggregates the prior month's referral activity from Airtable — total referrals, interviews reached, and confirmed hires per employee — ranks the top contributors, and posts a celebratory recap to a company-wide Slack channel to keep the program top of mind.
When to use it
Use this when you want sustained participation in the referral program. Public monthly recognition of top referrers and program stats drives more submissions far more cheaply than reminders, and gives leadership a recurring view of program health.
