What it does
Catches referrals that have stalled. On a weekly schedule the workflow scans the Airtable referral pipeline, flags any candidate sitting in the same stage longer than the allowed SLA, groups the stale items by owning recruiter, and delivers each recruiter a personal digest of referrals that need attention.
When to use it
Use this when referrals drift mid-pipeline and the program loses credibility because employees see their candidates ignored. A weekly nudge to the right recruiter keeps every referral moving and surfaces bottlenecks before they become complaints.
