What it does
Lets a recruiter or hiring manager work with interview feedback by simply asking. In chat they can request a candidate's full decision packet, drill into what a specific interviewer said, compare two candidates, or ask the assistant to finalize and publish the packet, all without opening a spreadsheet or stitching forms together.
When to use it

How it works
