What it does

Runs daily to find candidates with a debrief on the calendar within the next 24 hours, then checks which assigned interviewers still owe a scorecard in Asana. It direct-messages each laggard in Slack with a reminder and a link to their task. If the panel is still incomplete close to the debrief, it escalates to the recruiter so the meeting is not derailed by missing input.

When to use it

Use this when debriefs keep starting with missing scorecards and recruiters waste time manually chasing people. It enforces the deadline automatically and only escalates when a human needs to intervene.
