What it does

Collects every interviewer's structured scorecard for a candidate, normalizes the ratings into a single comparable scale, and produces one polished decision packet the hiring committee can read in two minutes. It surfaces score spread, dissenting opinions, and a recommended next step so the committee debates substance instead of hunting through scattered forms.

When to use it

Run this once a candidate's interview loop is complete and you want a clean, consistent packet for committee review without manually merging four or five feedback docs.

How it works

  1. 1A new row in the scorecards table signals that interviewer feedback was submitted.
  2. 2The workflow checks whether all expected interviewers for that candidate have submitted; if not, it waits.
  3. 3It pulls every scorecard for the candidate and computes average and per-dimension scores plus the rating spread.
  4. 4An AI model synthesizes the qualitative notes into concise strengths, risks, and a hire/no-hire lean.
  5. 5It writes the formatted packet to a Coda doc page for the committee.
  6. 6It posts a summary card with the packet link to the hiring-committee Teams channel.
