How it runs

The automated pipeline, trigger to output.

  • TriggerScorecard set completed webhookHTTP webhook
  • LogicCompare votes: unanimous or split?
  • ActionRecord consensus verdict (if unanimous)
  • ActionSchedule debrief with panel on Google CalendarGoogle CalendarGoogle Calendar
  • OutputPost conflicting feedback summary to SlackSlack

What it does

Fires once the full panel has submitted scorecards for a candidate, then analyzes whether the votes agree. If everyone aligns, it records a clear consensus. If interviewers are split between hire and no-hire, it books a debrief meeting with the panel on Google Calendar and posts a side-by-side summary of the conflicting feedback to a Slack channel so the disagreement gets resolved by people, not buried in a spreadsheet.

When to use it

Use this when consensus hires can move fast but split panels need a real conversation. It reserves human debrief time only for the candidates who actually need it.

How it works

  1. 1A candidate's scorecard set is marked complete in the source system (event trigger).
  2. 2Compare the panel's votes and flag whether the decision is unanimous or split.
  3. 3If unanimous, record the consensus verdict and stop.
  4. 4If split, create a debrief event with the panel on Google Calendar.
  5. 5Post a side-by-side summary of conflicting ratings and notes to the hiring Slack channel.
