What it does

The moment a hiring manager files a new open role, this workflow decides whether the requirement is already latent on the team. It reads the role's required skills, scores every employee against them using the shipped-work skills inventory, and returns a clear hire-or-train call with named internal candidates ranked by closeness.

How it works
