What it does

Turns a Trello card move into a booked interview. As soon as a recruiter drags a candidate into the 'Interview' list, the flow checks the hiring manager's availability, places a calendar event, and sends the candidate a confirmation email so coordination happens without back-and-forth.

When to use it

When your team advances candidates by moving Trello cards and you want the scheduling step to happen instantly instead of a recruiter playing calendar tag.

How it works

  1. 1A Trello card entering the 'Interview' list triggers the flow.
  2. 2The candidate's email and target role are read from the card.
  3. 3Google Calendar is queried for the hiring manager's next open 45-minute slot in business hours.
  4. 4A calendar event is created with the candidate and hiring manager as attendees.
  5. 5An Outlook email is sent to the candidate confirming the date, time, and join link.
  6. 6A comment is added back to the Trello card noting the scheduled time.
