HR & RECRUITING
Weekly Compliance Coverage Leadership Digest
Every Monday it aggregates the certification register into a coverage report by team and emails leadership a digest of compliant, expiring, and lapsed counts with the worst…
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerWeekly Monday schedule fires
- ActionRead full register with department fields from AirtableAirtable
- LogicGroup by team, tally buckets, rank by lapse rate
- ActionEmail digest to leadership distribution listGmail
- OutputPost summary to leadership Slack channelSlack
What it does
Produces a single weekly snapshot of organizational compliance health. It rolls up every credential by department into compliant, expiring-soon, and lapsed buckets, ranks teams by risk, and delivers a formatted digest to leadership so compliance status is visible without anyone running a manual query.
When to use it
Use this when HR leadership or a compliance officer needs a recurring executive view rather than per-employee alerts. It answers "which teams are exposed right now" in one email and is ideal for audit-driven cultures that report compliance posture to a board or regulator.
How it works
- 1A weekly schedule fires every Monday morning.
- 2The flow reads the full certification register from Airtable, including department and status fields.
- 3A logic step groups rows by team and tallies compliant, expiring-within-30-days, and lapsed counts, then sorts teams by lapse rate.
- 4It assembles a readable digest highlighting the top at-risk teams and overall coverage percentage.
- 5The digest is sent to the leadership distribution list via Gmail and posted to a leadership Slack channel for visibility.
