What it does

Gets ahead of no-shows by checking, a couple hours before each Zoom interview, whether the candidate has confirmed attendance. Unconfirmed interviews trigger a candidate reminder and an early warning to the recruiter so the slot can be saved.

When to use it

Use this when most no-shows trace back to a missing confirmation rather than a deliberate ghost. Closing the confirmation gap before the meeting prevents misses instead of just reporting them after the fact.

How it works

  1. 1A schedule trigger runs on a short interval and finds Zoom interviews starting in about two hours.
  2. 2For each, it checks Outlook invite responses for an explicit accept from the candidate.
  3. 3A branch separates confirmed interviews (no action) from unconfirmed at-risk ones.
