What it does
Detects when a candidate fails to join a scheduled Zoom interview within a grace window and immediately notifies the recruiter who owns the requisition, so they can chase the candidate while the slot is still warm.
When to use it
Use this when interviews run on Zoom and a missed slot currently goes unnoticed until the recruiter checks their calendar hours later. It turns a silent no-show into an actionable nudge within minutes.
How it works
- 1A Zoom webhook fires on `meeting.ended` for an interview meeting.
- 2The flow reads participant join records and checks whether anyone other than the host (the candidate) ever joined.
- 3A branch passes only meetings where the candidate never joined and the meeting ran past a configurable grace window (default 10 minutes).
- 4It looks up the requisition owner and candidate details from Outlook calendar invite metadata.
- 5The recruiter gets a Slack direct message naming the candidate, role, and original time, plus a prefilled reschedule link.
