HR & RECRUITING
Agent-Driven Panel Coordinator Across Mixed Calendars
An agent that handles a panel-scheduling request end to end across mixed Google and Outlook calendars: it reasons over availability and timezone fairness, negotiates a slot.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.

- ActionRead Outlook interviewers' availabilityOutlook
- LogicAgent reasons over merged availability and timezone fairness to pick a slot

What it does
This is the full coordinator for messy, real-world panels where interviewers live on different calendar systems. An agent gathers free/busy from both Google and Outlook accounts, reasons about which open slot is fairest across timezones, books a Zoom meeting, and records its rationale so the decision is auditable.
When to use it
Use for senior or cross-functional panels where some interviewers are on Google Workspace and others on Microsoft 365, and rigid slot math is not enough. The agent can prefer a slot when one interviewer is optional or relax constraints when needed.
How it works
- 1A recruiter submits the candidate and a mixed list of interviewer calendars.
- 2The agent reads free/busy from the Google Calendar interviewers.
- 3The agent reads free/busy from the Outlook interviewers.
- 4It reasons over the merged availability, weighing timezone fairness and any optional attendees, then settles on a slot.
- 5It creates the Zoom meeting for the chosen slot.
- 6It logs the candidate, slot, attendees, and its reasoning to a Notion tracker.
