What it does

This is the full coordinator for messy, real-world panels where interviewers live on different calendar systems. An agent gathers free/busy from both Google and Outlook accounts, reasons about which open slot is fairest across timezones, books a Zoom meeting, and records its rationale so the decision is auditable.

When to use it

Use for senior or cross-functional panels where some interviewers are on Google Workspace and others on Microsoft 365, and rigid slot math is not enough. The agent can prefer a slot when one interviewer is optional or relax constraints when needed.

How it works

  1. 1A recruiter submits the candidate and a mixed list of interviewer calendars.
  2. 2The agent reads free/busy from the Google Calendar interviewers.
  3. 3The agent reads free/busy from the Outlook interviewers.
  4. 4It reasons over the merged availability, weighing timezone fairness and any optional attendees, then settles on a slot.
  5. 5It creates the Zoom meeting for the chosen slot.
  6. 6It logs the candidate, slot, attendees, and its reasoning to a Notion tracker.
